We’ve made the Polo Inn our Valentine’s Day tradition now. We had reservations, as it’s reservations only, but my girlfriend started feeling sick, so we called to ask if pickup was possible. They kindly accommodated us and packed the food so well it looked ready for professional photos when we got home. And the Prime Rib was the best I’ve ever had. I’ve lost count of my visits, and the food and service have been 5/5 every time. I’ve been for gospel brunch, regular dinner, the Lent fish dinner, and now Valentine’s Day. The food quality is always fantastic, and the service is friendly and professional. It’s something different, and wonderful.

The workers were so kind and checked on us often. There are lots of great options on the menu, and the building has a nostalgic feel. It was a great stop on our way home from a trip to Chicago with friends. Absolutely amazing if you’re after a full stomach and the Holy Spirit.

Dave took great care of us during our recent stay at the Polo Inn Bed and Breakfast. The suite was lovely, with enough room to sleep a family comfortably even though it was just my daughter and me. Breakfast was a delight: the French toast was out of this world, and the eggs and hash browns were delicious. The Polo Inn Restaurant’s Sunday gospel brunch is great and not to be missed. Next time we’re in Bridgeport, we’ll stay with you again. Thanks, Dave, for such a great experience!

Gospel brunch is a highlight, especially the organist and the eggs benedicto procession. I’ve also been for dinner, and both meals were fabulous. Prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, and I’d highly recommend it.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are so welcoming. It’s quiet, charming, and has a distinct Chicago feel. From the moment you come in, the place feels warm and homey, and the food is fresh and full of flavor at every meal.
