The room smelled awful and felt dirty, with a sink patched using some kind of epoxy or caulk where the bowl had broken. We paid for a one-bedroom suite for two nights, but neither stove burner worked and the garbage disposal had no power. I reported that the first night, and the desk apologized and said someone would come in the morning. We were in town for youth football and cheerleading and didn't have time to chase repairs, nor should we have had to. Nothing was fixed and nobody followed up. At checkout I left a note listing those problems plus a fresh-looking stain on the bed, a bathroom light that didn't work, and a poor sink repair. I was told the manager would call the next day. They never did, even after I called and gave them more time. I'll post photos, though my phone won't let me share the video. There were far too many problems for a Residence Inn. This isn't what you expect there, or at a Motel 6.

The staff made a difficult stay work for us. We came from SoCal needing a two-bedroom suite, then an emergency hospital visit extended the trip and we needed an accessible room. Eric at the front desk arranged for us to check out at 2 PM instead of noon, so the accessible room's occupants could leave at noon. He coordinated with housekeeping to turn it around right away, and we moved in at 2. They also let us bring a lobby chair to our room when we thought it might ease the pain from our injury. They were responsive to what we needed, and this was a great place to stay.

We ended up here after being displaced by a house fire, and the staff have been wonderfully supportive and accommodating. The breakfast is better than any I've had at a hotel, and I've traveled a lot across the country as a military wife. Rooms are spacious, with a full kitchen and the choice of having a stove or not; two-bedroom suites also have a fireplace. The lobby feels warm and welcoming, and everyone has been so friendly and helpful. It's five stars from me, and worth the money if you can afford it.

Breakfast had a good range of options, and the staff were really friendly. I travel a lot and often find it tough to get a comfortable stay without spending much, but this place worked out great.

This was a pleasant surprise for me. I don't usually pick a Residence Inn, but this one sits in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, and the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms are roomy, from studios to one-bedroom layouts, and have equipped full kitchens. Free breakfast is a nice extra. These properties are often right near another Marriott, so if a Residence Inn doesn't suit you, there may be another option next door.
