Sea Shell Motel

We had a delightful stay at the seashell motel. The room was lovely, with a small kitchen efficiency, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Fresh towels were brought each morning. After we drove home, I realized I’d left my glasses behind. They kindly mailed them back without charging us.

We only got one night here and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The place was very clean and well maintained, the front desk person was kind and helpful, and the kids made good use of the very nice pool. We’ll be back, and I highly recommend it.

We had the best sleep we’ve ever had in a motel, thanks to the quiet neighborhood. The place is good for families with little kids, and the pool is huge. Staff were always nice and offered to help, and the owner was very nice too. The main office is really cute, and the owner even took our picture. The motel is a cute, clean place with a small kitchen, fridge, modern electric mini stove, and a separate sink for washing dishes. I liked the location, not too far from the main area, with a gas station and grocery store close by along Cleveland Ave toward Main Street. Awesome stay on Chincoteague Island. Would visit again and recommend it.

When our AC quit during a heat wave, the owner had it replaced within an hour. The central pool is lovely, and the rooms were clean. The owner also mailed us a hat we hadn’t even realized we’d lost. Such a sweet place, and I’d stay again in a heartbeat.
