The service was amazing across the board, from the front desk and housekeeping to valet. Special thanks to Caleb: after I handed over my keys, I realized I’d left my suitcase behind. He brought the car around so I could get it, and even offered to pack my car when I was leaving.

Kaeleb at the lobby valet was great, really attentive. He warned me that valet can get crazy in the morning and suggested requesting my car early. That heads-up saved me a lot of time getting out the door. Thanks again!

We were here with a group of friends for Beer Fest this past weekend. Great location, easy check-in, and good rooms with nice amenities. The Westin underground garage isn’t their lot, but it was inexpensive for the area, $17 for a full night.

Every employee we met was upbeat, kind, and willing to go beyond their usual responsibilities. My coworkers and I were in town for the Kroger Wellness Fest, and the staff offered recommendations and helped us manage all the inventory we needed for the vent. Their help made the weekend go well and left us with a great impression of both Marriott and Cincinnati.

The rooms were great, and the hotel is right in the middle of everything. What really made the stay, though, was the staff. Every front desk person was so friendly and helped us handle several packages, including storing them, plus they gave us helpful recommendations. We’ll book here again whenever we have an event nearby.
