Holiday Inn Express Clearwater East - Icot Center by IHG

Our first hotel had overbooked us, leaving us scrambling for a room at midnight. We called this location and got help right away. Cali treated us like family and sorted out the room, saving the night. The rooms were clean, with no stains or odd smells. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the staff let us extend checkout when we asked in the morning. I’d highly recommend this place.

The hotel and my room were very clean, and it looks as if the place has been renovated recently. My room had the biggest walk-in shower I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and the outdoor pool was very nice. Breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn Express spread. I’d have no trouble staying here again.

My daughter and I stayed one night and had a really relaxing visit. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and we both slept well. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the women in the kitchen kept checking that we had what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Jessica gave us such a warm send-off at checkout, and the evening host was just as friendly and accommodating. That kind of care is hard to come by these days. The whole property was clean and well kept, from the lobby right through to the guest rooms. Everything felt right from arrival to departure. Keep it up, and God bless!
