There are lots of gators, turtles, and fowl on the golf course, which is a plus. The course itself is tight, very short, and in okay shape, and it seems to have out-of-order signs up regularly. Still, with three pools and clubhouses, it's not so bad. Nice overall, though quite busy.

This park's appearance could be so much better if management set and enforced some standards. Residents seem to have no limits on how much junk they keep outside their units, whether in permanent homes or RVs. Some have indoor furniture on their front lawns, and others store all sorts of things on their site that don't fit inside their permanent or temporary home.

I was left with a scar from a chemical burn in the hot tub. I reported the injury the day after Thanksgiving, and people claiming to represent their insurance contacted me for my information, then stopped communicating. It's still January, and I haven't received even an apology. The staff were rude and blamed me for the injury. They haven't offered to cover medical bills, pain and suffering, or lost wages, or done anything to make this right. I'd stay somewhere else.

Their hot tub gave me a second-degree chemical burn. After I reported it, an insurance person contacted me and then completely ghosted me. The campground hasn't paid for medical care, pain and suffering, or lost wages, and they've refused to contact me. I have videos of the surrounding area and my injury. This place is a slum that doesn't take care of basic maintenance or its customers when a problem comes up.
