Best Western Plus Magnolia Inn & Suites

The woman who checked us in was great, but the morning staff made the stay difficult. Someone claiming to be from our room asked for a receipt, and the front desk gave it to them with our personal information without checking with us or asking for a key. They also checked us out early by mistake. The maid entered without knocking, then later used her key to enter again even though I’d put the privacy sign on the door. That happened while we were taking a load to the car. We couldn’t enjoy breakfast because a large youth group filled the room and took all the seats. Big groups should have to eat in shifts so other guests can sit down too.

A pleasant overnight stop on the way home. The property and room were clean and neat, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Breakfast had a good selection and the area was clean. It’s easy to get on and off I75, dog-friendly, and reasonably priced, with a reasonable pet fee.

The friendly staff and the cleanliness will bring us back. We checked in at night, and the gentleman there was very nice. The daytime staff were nice too, and I saw them cleaning the floors when I went down for more coffee. The room, hallways, and lobby all looked and smelled clean. Breakfast was included, with a nice variety. Nothing was expired or plain. We absolutely loved the place.

Easy to reach, with other hotels nearby. The room looked like it may have been remodeled recently and was clean enough, though on the small side. Breakfast was good, but nothing special.
