The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the water pressure better than average. I stayed for work and would come back for a couples weekend. The restaurant's menu was small, but the food was top notch and the wait staff was the best ever. I went back for breakfast, and the buffet was absolutely worth the price. The fruit looked so fresh I swear someone checks it and picks out anything that doesn't look just picked. My only complaint is the $50 parking charge for parking that isn't on site. Still, this place was definitely worth it.

The 20th-floor view was nothing but solid, endless fog, though obviously the hotel couldn't help that. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were terrific whenever I needed help or had a question. Carlos at the front desk was especially helpful. Using the Hilton app, I checked in early, picked my room, and requested a digital key, so after a long, tiring travel day I could go straight upstairs. That was a great touch.

We got a free suite upgrade from the gentleman who checked us in. If you can swing it, I'd highly recommend the graffiti suite. The late-night food was good, the bed was very comfortable, and there were nice little touches in the room. The lobby looked lovely for the holiday season, the hotel is stunning, and valet was easy. Check-in staff were plentiful and got the line moving. We've tried other downtown hotels, but this one is in a different league for us. Looking forward to another local getaway here.

A nice staycation spot right in the city, and I never need to leave the property. The rooms are always clean and fully stocked, and everyone is welcoming, from the valet out front to Kaiden the bellman. Danialys at the front desk has looked after me every time. On another visit, Carina helped me figure out the elevator when I had no idea what I was doing, lol. I always have the best experience and will keep coming back.
