More Stay

The place smelled so awful as soon as we entered the front desk area that it made us feel sick. Our room was hot and miserable with a portable air conditioner, so we left right away and asked for a refund. They couldn't even show us proof that we hadn't been charged. I've never had a worse stay, and I wouldn't have taken the room for a dollar a week. It's filthy, and being cheap doesn't make it worth the price. I wouldn't leave a bad rating if they'd tried to clean things up or make it decent. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU'LL BE SICKENED!

I'm a road worker, and this was a real budget stay that worked well for me. The halls make it easy to find your room, and I had no issues at all. I can see there have been some renovations, and for the price I felt like I got a steal. There are a ton of bad reviews, but I don't get what there is to complain about. Maybe they're from people looking for a golf weekend.

I've spent over 1,500 nights in hotels, half the year for work, and this was the worst experience by far. The place smelled worse than a dirty diaper, the carpet was filthy, and I had to change rooms on the first night. The shower was broken; I was told it'd be fixed the next day, but it wasn't. When I complained, a shirtless middle-aged man with no shoes came to work on it. I also reported that my room hadn't been cleaned or given fresh towels, but the next day nothing had changed. There was no customer service to speak of, and you need a new key every day. Yesterday it took three keys to get the door open. Talking to the manager didn't help. HORRIBLE. Drive to the next town or stay somewhere else.

My daughter, her boyfriend, and their two little babies stayed here for three weeks. The heat is controlled for all rooms by the hotel, and it stayed on, making it so hot the babies couldn't sleep. They were also told to keep showers and baths short, or avoid them, because water leaked into the room below. The hotel didn't move them. After three weeks, they went to pay the $222 for that week and were told to leave, with no explanation. Housekeeping never came to their room, and they had to deal with several keys that stopped working. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
