Best Western Big Country Inn

The room had plenty of space, was clean, and came stocked with water in the fridge. The sink was outside the bathroom, which was handy with kids, and the smart TV was easy to use. Breakfast was fantastic, and the woman working there kept everything clean and well stocked. At check-in, the man at the desk was professional and kind, and made me feel safe. Traveling with little ones, I found the place easy to get around and a great fit. 10/10.

The beds, shower, and sink were all great, and breakfast was decent. My complaints were the smell in the room and a dirty floor. Customer service was really good, shoutout to Jose.

We were pleasantly surprised by what we got for the price, and will probably make this our regular stop on this route. Breakfast had a good range of tasty options, and the rooms were comfortable, updated, bright, and well equipped. Staff were friendly even though we checked in around 10 PM. You can smell cattle farms outside, which was the only downside, but I don't remember noticing it in the rooms. We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Big Country Inn.

I've stayed at this BW about five times this year for work, and I'll definitely be back. The location works well since it's right about halfway between LA and SF, and breakfast has a nice bit of variety. The front desk agent has been one of the friendliest I've met, always welcoming me like an old friend. He also let me know I was a diamond select member and offered me a free snack or drink each time, which I really appreciated.
