Home2 Suites By Hilton Atlanta Airport College Park

I don’t usually post reviews, but the staff’s courtesy and help deserve a mention. My third-party booking service sent a confirmation, so I thought I was all set, but it had never actually contacted the hotel. Even without a reservation, the staff found me a room and went above and beyond to help me get a place to stay. The room was clean and spacious, with large appliances and a shower that worked well. Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a welcome change after being nickeled and dimed at a competing hotel chain. The location is convenient for out-of-town business, close to both the airport and rental car service.

Valerie from the breakfast team made my stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton even better. She was so warm and welcoming, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. The build-your-own breakfast sandwich was delicious, honestly the best I’ve had at any Hilton property this year. Perfect start to the day. Thanks, Valerie. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff hospitality really stood out during our weekend here for work at the convention center. Marcus checked us in and kept being helpful throughout the stay, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel and rooms were comfortable and very clean too.

We chose this hotel for its airport location after our flights were cancelled, and checked in at 1 am. The front desk receptionist was outright rude and unwelcoming. As Diamond members, we were asked whether we wanted points for the stay or our complimentary water. Absurd. The lobby smelled strongly of marijuana when we arrived. By the time we left the next morning the smell was gone, but the morning receptionist was just as dismissive and wouldn’t even look up from her computer to answer our questions. Be ready for rude, dismissive service if you stay here.
