The breakfast selection was poor, with no eggs, bacon, or sausage, and the weight room I booked the hotel for was closed when I arrived. My reserved room smelled like smoke. I also asked room service to bring coffee, but it never showed up. When I tried to order dinner using the information in the room, scanning its code tried to download a trojan horse virus. I told the woman at the front desk, and she confirmed the same thing had happened when she scanned it. Don’t stay here.

We planned to stay one night, but a few days later we’re still here because we feel so comfortable. The Quality Suites in Forest Park Georgia is close to everything, generally less than 15 minutes away, and I’d definitely recommend it. I’ll be a repeat customer for years. Thanks especially to Donna, who made the day feel well worth it. My best friend and I were greeted by Donna, a lovely young lady who was friendly, courteous, and helpful. She got us a room quickly and made us feel welcome. The room was much bigger and nicer than I expected, and it was clean and comfortable. The rest of the staff have been friendly and hospitable too.

The front desk person was humble and helpful, and I don’t like to judge or criticize. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty, and the shower was just as bad. The iron was horrible when I tried to use it. They also had me sign paperwork waiving responsibility for theft or anything happening to me at the hotel. There were so many security cameras that it felt like I was in a Boyz in the hood movie.

The shuttle driver was courteous and professional. While I was walking from the gate to the pickup spot, he called to say he’d be waiting. The ride to the hotel was short and safe. This review is mainly about the shuttle service.
