I’d only stay here for one night if absolutely desperate for a place. The room was close to thoroughly disgusting. There was mucus on the wall, cords without plugs, missing trim, and sheets that hardly looked like they’d been bought. My favorite was the overloaded power strip running the microwave, lamp, and refrigerator. We checked for bed bugs and didn’t see any, but I hope we’ve dodged that bullet. I’m still not sure.

For a very cheap room, we got what we expected, and it was easy on our wallets. We’d recommend it over the other Lewisburg hotels for the low price and lack of serious problems. We arrived around midnight to a locked lobby door, which seemed odd for a chain hotel and made the visit feel hostile from the start. We rang the bell, and a very tired-looking Indian gentleman let us in. He wasn’t very friendly and struggled to understand my very articulate English. The desk clerk repeatedly warned us against having “visitors” in the room, so my travel buddy and I took that to mean the hotel might be a popular prostitution hub. Still, our room was very clean and had the standard budget hotel basics. The cable had at least three Bible channels, which made up for there being no Gideon Bible in the bedside drawer. It was quiet overnight, and the secluded spot made the room especially dark. Around 8:30 am, a maid knocked, came in against our wishes, then sheepishly backed out when she realized we were asleep. The accessible room had a very large shower, but the water initially trickled because the shower head was assembled wrong. A quick reassembly fixed the pressure.

Breakfast was just stale cereal and bagels. When we arrived, the room smelled awful, and staff said they were fully booked when we asked to switch, even though the parking lot was empty. They handed us air freshener instead. Poor quality stay.

We came to town for Little League games in Williamsport and to bring a student back to Bucknell, so we needed a place to stay. I wish we'd planned two weeks ahead instead of getting stuck with this option. The room was too small for me as a person with a disability, and the stained carpets looked filthy. I'd tell other travelers to pay the extra $40-50 for a more comfortable hotel with better amenities.
