Travelodge College Park

The room was fine, but there was no fridge or microwave. It was a no-frills stay, which I expected. I wasn’t looking for the Ritz Carlton. You get what you pay for.

The room I got had two double beds even though I booked a king, and there was no refrigerator or microwave. There were holes in the walls, and the door was missing its deadbolt, which made the room feel unsafe. The shower pipes got extremely loud when we turned on the water, like they might burst. With all that, people should be paying less, because you don’t get what you pay for. Horrible. Avoid at all costs.

The bedding was gross, the shower was rotting out of the wall, and there was no hot water. At check-in, I was greeted at a window full of what looked like bullet holes. There was also a broken outlet with exposed wires hanging out of the walls. This was an absolute last resort, and I wish we’d just slept on the airport floor. I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel. I’m shocked this place is still allowed to be open. Disregard any review here above one star.

For $75 for one night, I got a bed with one comforter and two pillows, all stained and dirty. There was no hot water, the lights malfunctioned, and there was no heat. I’m not even complaining, just saying you get what you pay for.
