The staff let us spend an evening with our friends in the little area off the lobby, and we also had a lot of fun together at the pool. Our loft room had a nice kitchenette. Breakfast was great each morning, and good coffee and tea were available all day. Fabulous place!

A few months ago, a young man named Ricky, I believe, went out of his way so my granddaughter and I could use the pool. It was still closed that morning, though it should have been open. He saw us waiting outside and offered to clean it and make sure everything was ready for us. I don't think that was his job, but he did it anyway. Thank you, Ricky, for making our stay wonderful. He's a great employee!

My wife and I couldn't move into our apartment right away, and Theresa found a way for us to stay one more night when the apartment still wasn't going to be ready the next day. She and her staff are very helpful. It's a clean place with good people, privacy, and a great breakfast. The amenities are good for the same prices as a regular hotel. We'll keep visiting, and I'll always give it a great review.

The breakfast was amazing, like something at a $400-a-night hotel. They have a state-of-the-art pancake maker, plus chocolate chips and strawberries, and a small area with toppings for eggs, including cheese and sour cream. The rooms also have full kitchens, with a working oven and stove, an ice maker in the fridge that makes ice quickly, and all the cooking utensils you need in the cabinets. The housekeeping team deserves a big thank you. My room was immaculate, and you could tell they work hard and take pride in keeping things clean. As a former housekeeper, I know how tough that job is. The room location was private and close to the front office, and it was clear the staff care about the property. For the price, this is the only place I'll stay when I need to get away. Sonesta has spoiled me, and this is a great budget choice for a family. I've never had a better hotel stay in Colorado Springs. You won't believe the comfort here!
