SpringHill Suites Colorado Springs Downtown

I was in town for the PH&E Expo hosted by Wounded Warrior Project and spent three days at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Colorado Springs. Julia and Natalia handled my concerns with understanding and quickly found a solution. They were amazing, and their customer service really stood out. Kay from Catering also deserves a special thank you. Her care for service and hospitality showed, and everyone at the expo felt welcome and looked after because of her dedication and bright spirit. I had an excellent stay, would recommend the hotel, and look forward to coming back.

Parking is available in a garage for $20, and it's an easy walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other food options. The service was excellent from the start. Natalia at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, then arranged for Sandra to show my wife and me a double queen suite, the restaurant, and the breakfast areas. Seeing it all made us excited to book. We usually haven't chosen Marriott hotels before, but now we're looking forward to seeking them out on future trips. We were here for a wedding and had a really nice stay. Check-in was easy thanks to the friendly staff, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Breakfast had lots of variety and was excellent. A couple of things were disappointing: parking wasn't free, and once the bar opened in the evening, we weren't allowed to bring our own drinks into the common area. We'd hoped to spend time together as a group there. Still, it was a great fit for our event, with clean rooms, good breakfast, and nice places to gather.

We came for a quick visit to attend a funeral and weren't disappointed. The hotel was really nice and in a decent area, but Jackson's service stood out most. He went above and beyond to handle something completely out of our control and extended our stay by an extra hour. We're truly grateful. Thank you, Jackson, for taking such good care of us. This will always be our go-to when we visit Colodaro Springs.
