Columbia Inn & Suites

We drove from Texas to visit my husband's parents, and paid $249.99 for two nights. We looked at the room with our kids, who were very uncomfortable there. It was really dusty and didn't smell clean, so we didn't bring in our belongings. We spent less than 20 minutes in there, decided it wasn't clean or comfortable, and left. We were still polite and respectfully asked for a refund. The manager was rude and wouldn't cooperate. He offered to return $124 for one night, and that refund did come through, but then he took the money back out of our bank account. The manager, Jay, took our money and refused to refund us. Don't waste your time or money here, especially if you have kids. I won't come back. This happened on 3/15/26, and I hope people see this.

This was one of the nastiest rooms I've seen for what it costs. I was booked through my company, so I wasn't out of pocket, but don't risk your hard-earned money here. I'd go to the hotel next door or find somewhere else.

I've had clients stay here and only heard good things. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and the staff are friendly. Prices are great, and breakfast is good too. Thanks for such a welcoming atmosphere!

We'd just driven eight hours to town for a funeral, and the room was clean and smelled amazing. The beds were comfortable, and I was especially happy with the pillows. The person who checked us in was friendly and courteous.
