I accidentally left my Nixon watches in the room drawer at the Richland Inn Hotel in Columbia, Tennessee, and that's on me. What's been frustrating is trying to get them back and getting no communication or accountability. Over several months I've called many times, but haven't reached a manager. I'm told someone will call back, yet nobody does, and each time I try to speak with someone, I hear that the manager isn't available. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of response, follow-up, or even basic courtesy is unacceptable. Being ignored after leaving personal belongings behind has left a very negative impression. I hope the hotel improves its communication and customer service, since this should have been simple to resolve.

A big group of us stayed last weekend, and it was easy to get where we needed to go. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Rachel is great!

Fine for just one night. The beds were clean and comfortable, but we had toilet problems. We skipped the breakfast bar because it looked disgusting.

We've stayed at Richland Inn many times over the years. The suites have plenty of room and are well equipped, and the rooms are consistently nice, clean, and quiet. A great deal for the price.

I've stayed at Richland Inn plenty of times, and came back this weekend. Everything was great. Rachel at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating.
