There’s no staff on duty overnight. They leave around 8:30 p.m. and don’t return until morning, so if you’re locked out, need help, or want to check in, you have to call corporate and hope they can send someone over. I also overheard staff talking about guests behind their backs and flirting with other guests for hours. For stays over one night, clean towels cost $1.99, or you can wash them yourself in the laundry for $7. Local phone calls cost $1, whether they connect or not.

I’m staying at the worthington extended stay now, and Sarah Culp is an awesome manager. Amra is great too, and Tae feels like a long lost sister because she cares about guests like family. The maintenance guy is a good person, and the cleaning crew are friendly and thorough with the rooms. I’d recommend the hotel to friends and family. Keep up the great job, and thank you.

The front desk lady was wonderful when I checked in Saturday, and she was fabulous again on Sunday. That’s where the good part ended. My room was dirty, and the bathroom exhaust vent was filthy with lint, hair, or something like that. I left Monday and moved elsewhere. I’d paid $490 for a week and expected most of it back, with a higher nightly rate since I wasn’t staying all week. But my refund was only $230. That means I paid $125 a night for a dirty hotel that smelled of weed. I could’ve stayed at a Hilton property for what I spent on two nights.

The laundry room was a lifesaver, and it was great having a garbage room on every floor. Both areas were always clean. We stayed 10 days and had no problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean too. Wi-Fi is free, though you have to pay for an upgraded version. The free connection was fine during the day, but a bit spotty at night when everyone was online. My car wasn’t broken into. I know that’s frustrating when it happens, but I’d take valuables into the room and leave nothing worth stealing in the car. It’s well worth the price. I’d recommend staying here and will be back.
