Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Columbus West

My truck and five other trucks were broken into, and management had nothing to say. It seemed like their cameras were broken, so they couldn’t even get a picture of the guy. I spoke with another guest whose window had been smashed two weeks earlier, so it feels like they’re turning a blind eye. Don’t stay here. The place was also very dirty, and our room was never cleaned.

The bed was comfortable, but the ceilings were so thin we could hear the people upstairs walking around. Everything else felt extremely dirty. The free breakfast was a joke: the only hot option was make your own waffles, and the watered down batter made those gross, too.

There was clear wear in the room, especially on the couch and chairs. They looked heavily used and pretty worn. Still, the room was clean and quiet, and otherwise nice.

The rooms were good and clean, and the customer service was great. The issue is I’m still waiting on my deposits from both stays, including one from a week ago. I was in town traveling for graduation in New Hampshire, and I hope the money comes back soon.
