The location worked perfectly for my business trip, with my office about five minutes away, and the fitness room was fine for cardio. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. They moved me to another room when the door wasn’t working, and were always happy to answer my questions. I had a great stay.

The pool was the highlight for my kids, and the hotel was clean. Every employee I dealt with was welcoming and really nice. In the room, the reading light was broken and the bathtub had an obvious quick caulk repair, but both were superficial issues. I’d recommend the hotel overall.

We loved the beds and bedding, and the room was good. Check-in took a little struggle at the front desk before we got it sorted. The location was amazing and service decent. The only other snag was a very loud heating and air unit when it switched on. Still, it was a great stay.

My car window was smashed and my Apple Watch stolen while I was staying here, and the handling of the incident was poor from beginning to end. I later learned break-ins were common at this property, but guests weren’t warned and no security measures were communicated. The front lot was full when I arrived, so I parked along the side of the building. Employees’ cars were all in front, while guest cars were the ones targeted. The front desk called to tell me my car had been broken into and police were there, saying only that they were obligated to notify me. There wasn’t even an apology. The employee first said three vehicles were affected, but when I checked the lot myself, I found five. I was the one who called the police back to update them. This is unacceptable for a hotel aware of a recurring problem. They should improve lighting, increase patrols, or at least warn guests at check-in so people can make informed parking decisions. Until the property takes security seriously, I can’t recommend staying here.
