After an exhausting 11-hour drive, we arrived late and had to find another hotel at the last minute, paying for three extra nights elsewhere on top of what we'd already paid here. The room was unusable. I had booked in advance specifically for my son's graduation, but as soon as we got inside, we found roaches throughout. There was also an overpowering smell, apparently an attempt to cover something with bleach or harsh chemicals, which made it worse. We didn't sit down, unpack, or stay even briefly. We left immediately. The front desk said there were no other rooms, and despite the obvious sanitation and health concerns, they refused a refund because of their “strict refund policy.” I raised the issue with several staff and managers, but got the same canned policy response and not one apology. Seeing how the room was kept, it's clear why they rely so much on a strict refund policy. I can't imagine anyone choosing to stay under those conditions. Cleanliness and basic customer care seem severely lacking. The manager and owners should be ashamed of treating paying guests this way. I strongly recommend reading the reviews carefully and looking elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The kitchen we booked had nothing to cook with, though after seeing cockroaches, both dead and alive, in our room, maybe that was just as well. I've never seen a cockroach before in my life, despite traveling often. There was also constant water noise from the faucets and toilet. If you left the bathroom door open, it was loud enough to wake you at night. Staff offered no refund for the unsanitary conditions. One person just repeated a prepared line that this “can happen in any hotel, even a five-star one,” which I found completely unacceptable. My complaint is about the owners: basic maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation are clearly being neglected.

My family stayed here while visiting, and we had a really pleasant experience. Our room was clean. At check-in, LaQuisha at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating with my family's needs. She was polite and a real pleasure to work with, and made an already difficult situation and time much easier.

I booked for four days, staying in room 219 while my son was turning blue. The room wasn't properly clean, and there were both baby and adult roaches. My son was in room 213 and had roaches there too. It's disgusting, and if I brought any home, I'll charge the hotel for whatever fees I incur. How are you supposed to cook in an unclean area with bacteria-infested roaches crawling over everything? I was about to drink my coffee when I saw one on the lid. I paid good money based on false advertising, and was disappointed with my booking. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room, and I ran out of toilet paper. There was possibly shaving blood splattered on the bathroom counter and floor, which is definitely a biohazard. That's just one of many things I couldn't upload a video of.
