Whitney and the staff here are phenomenal. They go beyond what you'd expect, always smiling and ready to help with whatever you need. My room was clean and tidy, with a full kitchen in case I wanted to cook. The internet worked great, and I even connected my Roku. Coffee is made in the lobby every morning, with oatmeal, granola bars, tea, and similar things that are handy when you're heading out. I've had such a good stay that I'll look for Extended Stay on future trips. Thanks so much for everything!

The hotel is usually quiet, and my room was clean with no bugs. I did run into a couple of problems: water leaked through the bathroom ceiling, and housekeeping missed its scheduled visit. Staff dealt with both quickly, and they moved me to another room when the leak happened. Kristy was especially great to talk to. Her customer service was out of this world.

We picked this place for the price and paid $200 including tax for two nights, about $84 per night plus tax. Other 3-4 star hotels were going for $122-132 per night plus tax, so you have to decide if saving $40-50 a night is worth it. It is definitely a 2-star hotel. The room looked clean, but didn't really feel clean, and the low-end finishings, including plastic bathroom fixtures, were as expected. The kitchenette had no plates, means, utensils, or anything else, though you could ask for them. The grab-and-go breakfast was a coffee and tea station with packaged muffins and Quaker peanut bars. Our location was convenient, and the day staff were friendly and welcoming, though there are plenty of other hotels 5-10 minutes away. We called ahead about arriving late, but after 11 p.m. there was no front desk person, so we had to use the lobby phone. The front door was open, which made me question how secure the place was. There was no elevator, and we had to carry everything up to the third floor. From the back parking lot, we couldn't reach the stairs, so we had to walk around to the front or side entrance and use our key. Those doors couldn't be used to exit, though. The hotel doesn't pretend to offer more than it does, but I’m not sure I’d choose the cheaper rate again if I returned to this area.

I lived here for two months and was very happy with my stay. The room was nice and had what I needed, and whenever something was missing the staff helped me out. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and I felt safe and at home. The location on sawmill is great, with just about everything around. It's an accommodating hotel, and I'd stay here again if I were in the area.
