I was impressed by my first stay at TRU by Hilton. The staff were really friendly, and it's dog friendly, with plenty of grassy space and poop bags ready to use. The airport is close, but the planes overhead didn't disturb me. The room was nice, and I liked having hand soap and body lotion at the sink, plus lemon-scented body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. I'd recommend this location to other travelers.

Keisha at the front desk made my visit especially enjoyable. She was warm and professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was right. The welcome atmosphere and comfortable feel started as soon as I arrived. Great service really makes a difference. Thanks, Keisha!

I've stayed here a couple of times and it's been clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location near the airport is great for me. I also appreciate the regular hinged bathroom doors. So many hotels have gone to sliding barn doors, which give you less privacy. Nice job, Tru!

I've stayed here several times and it's always been clean with no issues, but breakfast was lacking this time. We arrived at 8:50, even though breakfast runs until 9:30, and there was no oatmeal, yogurt, or milk. That didn't leave much to choose from. The bagels were hard, and I could only eat about half.

I needed a room for a few days while I was in town for work, but the clerk told me it was too late to sell me one. I just needed to shower and shave before starting the day. I can't believe they turned me away when I could see empty rooms with the windows open. I won't be back.
