Home2 Suites By Hilton Concord Charlotte

I don’t usually write reviews, but I really liked this place. The rooms are spacious, clean, and laid out nicely, and it’s affordable and convenient for shopping, travel, and getting to the airport if you’re flying in and staying a while. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town. Ask for Mrs. Sharon, she’ll help however she can. She’s a lovely lady.

It’s a convenient base for everything Concord and Charlotte have to offer, and we’d go out of our way to book here again. The room was very clean, and the breakfast and lobby area was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of food choices. The customer service went above and beyond, and everyone was so friendly. Our kids had fun in the game room. We were only here for one night, and it wasn’t warm enough to use the pool, but we would have if we’d stayed longer and had warmer weather.

I was here for two weeks for work, and the location made things easy. It’s close to I-85, restaurants, and shopping, but far enough from Charlotte to avoid traffic while still being just a few minutes from downtown. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and different items each day. Everyone, from the desk staff to housekeeping and maintenance, was friendly and helpful. Ganga always takes a moment to ask how your day is going and is so polite and pleasant to talk to.

Ganga was wonderful when we needed help with something. I was in the lobby and saw her warmly greet every guest and ask how they were doing. That kind of service is why Home 2 Suites is our family’s first choice when we’re looking for a hotel.
