The shower pressure was the highlight for me, easily the best I've had at a hotel. Springhill Suites was well located for both food and the convention center, and the room met the basics so I could focus on enjoying the trip. The rates were competitive with the many hotels lined up nearby. I had a great stay.

The staff were excellent, and the location is great, but I had a really disappointing stay. My bathroom sink was so clogged that running water for a few seconds made it fill up fast. I noticed how bad it was late at night and didn't feel comfortable asking maintenance to come into my room then. The shower never got hot either. I wouldn't stay again or recommend the hotel until the rooms are properly maintained. I tried to add a video, but it wouldn't let me.

The staff were friendly, and whenever we needed something extra, they brought it quickly. The place was well cared for, clean, and comfortable, with good beds and a great breakfast. They also had complimentary water. We'll definitely come back.

The employees were great, but that's the one thing that might save this place. I won't return. Although the room had been cleaned, the couch was stained and looked close to falling apart. There was a yellow mark at toilet height on the white shower curtain, and the toilet was squeezed right next to the shower. The fridge barely kept anything cold and spoiled the lunch I'd paid for and was looking forward to. Breakfast selection was practically nonexistent.

The place was roomy and comfortable, and the trip into Charlotte was easy. My room was spotless and smelled fresh, with no harsh scents. I really enjoyed staying here and recommend it.
