Never stay here, and never let them have your billing information. I had a very hard time both making and then canceling a reservation. Even though I had a confirmed cancellation number, the hotel charged me over $500 for the full stay. At most they had authority to charge 20% of one night, and even that shouldn’t have applied. I gave the manager a chance to call and explain the error, but they never returned my call. My credit card company flagged the charge as fraudulent, thankfully, but I still have to wait up to seven days for the money to fully return to my account. The follow-up was worse. After charging the full amount and having a chance to discuss the issue with me, they doubled down and charged another $125 after the first attempt to take more than $500 from my account hadn’t succeeded.

Amber and Natasha are both great, patient, and understanding. They have a real heart for other people, and it shows. The location is great too, and the rooms are really nice. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The location is great, but service was very poor. After-hours reception is handled offsite, so getting help was difficult. The hallways smelled of smoke, my first room smelled like weed, and the neighbors were loud. I asked for a refund and was repeatedly told to call management, but nobody was ever available. They moved me to a second room that smelled like onions. During my three-night stay, my room was never cleaned. Terrible experience and very poor customer service.

We came back because we’d had a great stay here a year ago, but this time was nothing like that. Checking in meant using a virtual kiosk, and nobody told us, so we had to figure it out ourselves. There were bags of trash in our room, an odd smell that may have come from the trash, and the floors were so dirty it showed on our feet and socks. The hotel also seemed poorly maintained beyond the bedroom. There was a sock and a beer can in the elevator, and I don’t think I saw a real employee at all. I can’t believe how quickly the place went downhill.
