Comfort Suites Conway

After problems at another nearby Comfort Suites, we moved here and wished we’d come here first. The staff were charming, and the place felt clean, bright, fresh, and welcoming. Our room was updated, clean, and had lots of modern features and thoughtful extra touches. I was on the freeway side and could hear some traffic while awake, but it didn’t wake me during the night. If that’s a concern, I’m sure the staff could put you on the other side.

We got in just before 1 a.m. while driving from CO to FL, and Donna made check-in easy. She was gentle, warm, and kind, with just the right quiet energy for two exhausted, freezing travelers in the middle of the night. The renovations are finished. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable too. The outlets by the lights, with USB plugs, were a nice touch. There is highway noise because of the location, but our portable sound machine, which we use at home and on the road, drowned it out. I was hesitant to book, but I’m glad we did. We enjoyed the stay and would absolutely come back. We plan to in three weeks.

The room was spotless and spacious, and the mattress was comfortable. We checked in in the evening and the desk clerk was incredibly nice. Breakfast was just okay, not great, but everything else was on point.

Rooms were affordable and immaculate, and breakfast was standard. Everyone was very nice and helpful except the morning desk person, who was a little rude. Otherwise, it was a perfect experience.
