We arrived late and the front desk staff were so kind and accommodating. Our room was very clean and seemed recently renovated, with plenty of room to spread out. It felt more upscale than you'd expect for the price. The free breakfast was a little skimpy, but having hot coffee made for you in the morning was lovely. From outside, the place looked cute and quaint, almost like it belonged at the beach. The wear and tear was more noticeable in daylight, but it was still charming. Great value, and I'd stay again and recommend it.

It's an older property, and they're remodeling rooms, so don't expect perfection, but ours was clean. Parking is right by the rooms, and they have coffee in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. Smoking rooms are available. The area is great, just off the interstate, with every kind of restaurant nearby. For the money, it's a real value. No complaints, and I'd stay again.

The room was dated, with wall marks where the old sink counter had been, plates where light fixtures used to be, and a few random holes. It seemed like they were updating things in stages. Those were just cosmetic issues, though, and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable, and it was fairly quiet. Staff were very friendly, and check-in went great. We'd stay again.

It's become our once-a-year home away from home on our Tennessee vacation. The price for the room is amazing, and I've never had a problem here. The beds are comfortable, the shower gets hot, and it has the amenities you need. Our room has had a slight musty smell before, but nothing bad, and it was gone by day two. The hotel is on a busy main road surrounded by businesses, which is convenient, but we've never had noise trouble. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a family funeral in Baxter and stayed two nights. The room was comfortable and clean, with a microwave and refrigerator. The beds were comfortable, and the mattresses looked new, Beautyrest. There wasn't a coffee pot in the room, and the continental breakfast wasn't open because of COVID-19. Still, it was a great price for the two nights.
