The staff, from the usual clerk to the manager, were very helpful and willing to go above and beyond when asked. The rooms are a decent size for the value, though noise carries: you can hear footsteps in the hall and sounds from bathrooms above or below. It wasn’t too bad. I usually stay at Hilton's, though I like Marriotts too. I’m not much of a breakfast person, so I didn’t try it and can’t comment.

I was in a bind yesterday and needed a conference room. Ms. Axxil found a way to get maintenance to open it, since the key fob lock mechanism wasn't working. Shout out to maintenance, too. She kept smiling and reassured me it would work out. Great attitude, determination, and kindness. Thankful Ms.Axxxl was at the front desk! T.McMillin, Bonvoy Lifetime Titanium Member.

We booked more than a week ahead, but when my family and I arrived at 9:45 to check in, we were told our room had been double booked. We had nowhere to stay, and every other hotel in the area was sold out. I’m completely disappointed in this Marriott Location. It was our worst experience with a Marriott Hotel, and they didn’t offer a real solution. This has us rethinking where we’ll stay in the future.

We needed a quick stop while driving home ahead of the snowstorm, and this worked well. We booked online and got a quiet, pleasant welcome when we arrived at midnight. The room was comfortable and clean. In the morning there were plenty of breakfast options, and our breakfast sandwiches were delicious.

This was my first stay at a Fairfield, though I know other hotels in the Marriot brand. I was here on business for a short stay, and it suited what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was good. I wasn’t disappointed and would stay again.
