The room was very clean and smelled nice, with a good-size fridge and microwave. Parking was easy to access, and the location is convenient, close to Target, a movie theater, and the freeway. The hotel is decent overall. Still, I was charged twice and only caught it when I checked my card activity. The rooms aren't soundproof, so you can hear the cleaning staff chatting in the hallway all day. The smoking area is right by the entrance, so expect some secondhand smoke.

The location is handy for restaurants, movie theaters, and shops. It's convenient, low cost, and clean, with a laundry room and a gym. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and would come back without any problem. I was skeptical after reading the reviews, but I think many of the one-star posts came from people's individual circumstances or from being a bit too entitled. The front desk employees were courteous and professional, and our room was clean. The shower could use a second liner instead of just the cloth one, but that wasn't a big deal to me. The TV had over 100 channels, including HD movies, and the fridge was clean and worked great. I don't get why people expect a full kitchen to come with utensils. Bring your own if you plan to stay longer or want to use those features. It's nothing fancy, just a convenient place.

The room was noisy all night from traffic on the nearby I-15 freeway. I've stayed at Extended Stay America about 8 miles away and barely hear the freeway there, probably because their windows are better. Its rooms are basically the same, but cleaner, with more towels at no extra cost, Netflix on the TV, and glass shower doors instead of gross curtains. I picked WoodSpring Suites in Corona, CA to see whether the bad reviews were exaggerated. I regret it and won't stay there again. The bed sheets were visibly stained. After showering, I found black stains all over the towel. The replacement towel was stained black too, and they charge for towel replacements, which is ridiculous given their condition. The headboard was loose and the bed felt unstable. Horrible experience.

I stayed for months, paid, and have my receipt, but my well-being and safety were put at risk. Violetta Gonzzalez and her team kept harassing me. The manager never really listened and was rarely around. They bullied, manipulated, and inconvenienced me and my family just because they could. I never expected this after choosing to spend my money and time there, and I'll do my best to make my experience heard. The atmosphere is so strange and unsettling that I don't think the place even qualifies as an establishment. I wouldn't be surprised if much of the staff is underqualified, poorly coached, or involved in illegal situations. It needs to be investigated; police presence alone isn't enough. Manager Andrew is weak-minded and fake. He's a liar, doesn't help or handle anything, and just sweeps things under the rug while pretending he has no idea what's going on. The place is clean in terms of cleanliness, but not in its hospitality, business conduct, or decency. Violetta plays a major part in the disturbances. The way she acts seems almost like a reflection of how mentally unstable she is. She has a very manly demeanor, and when she sees something she wants, she goes after it and uses whatever position she has to her advantage.
