A couple things would make this an even better airport stay: little cookies and breakfast to go bags for people leaving before breakfast, like the Hampton Inn next door offered. Still, it was a great experience, and I’d stay again and use the airport ride. The driver was especially kind and went above and beyond. His wife works at the front desk too. He spoke warmly about his bosses and the company, saying they were like family, and that’s why he drives over an hour each way to work. The hotel itself was very nice. He deserves a raise.

The pool was still large, though it looked bigger in the photos. Be ready for people smoking right outside the doors. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable, and everything seemed clean. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit salad, which you don’t get at most hotels. Great hotel.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. My flight was canceled and moved to a later time, so I called on Friday evening to check in. The woman who answered was very nice and said she’d check me in when I called. I didn’t get to the hotel until 3am Saturday. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Omaha/Council Bluffs area.

The included breakfast was better than we expected, and the room was clean and updated. Staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is conveniently close to Old Market, and being attached to the casino was a bonus. We had a great stay at Holiday Inn & Suites and would come back.

The area felt safe, and we had a lovely view of the water. The hotel is well placed for downtown and the zoo, with clean, updated rooms. There’s a good breakfast selection, plus a pool and hot tub. I’d recommend it.
