We’ve been here a little over a month, and Meka has helped us so much. She’s easily the nicest employee here and our favorite. Our kids absolutely love her. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

We saw roaches multiple times in the room, so it was clearly infested. This is not something you can ignore or put up with for a night. Management showed no concern when we reported it and refused to refund us. Paying to stay in a room with pests is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and don’t stay here.

The manager made a real difference, welcoming me warmly and paying attention to the details from the moment I arrived. They handled my requests promptly and with a genuine smile, and I felt comfortable and valued throughout my stay. It’s clear they care about guests and take pride in high service standards. Their professionalism, along with that personal warmth, made the hospitality outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’d absolutely recommend the hotel.

Meka is the only reason this place gets a star from me. I was there for a little over three weeks and got no room service at all. I only got clean linens because I asked. My room door also wouldn’t secure properly, so after work I’d have to ask someone to let me in and wait around. When I told the manager I was paying the rate and expected service and a door I could lock, he told me to stay somewhere else. He comes across as rude and like he hates his job. His assistant keeps having to apologize for his behavior and mistakes. It feels like he enjoys having control over people with low incomes who may not have many options, and doesn’t care about making things better for anyone. This place feels like a roach motel.
