I’ve stayed at Hilton properties often and usually had great experiences, so this was a real disappointment. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the AC was completely out of control. I reported both problems and was told someone would follow up, but nobody did. I haven’t had a stay this bad in years, especially from a brand I normally trust.

Kayln and Ariel were both great, and so was the overnight guy whose name I can’t remember. I think it was Nathan. Awesome stay, I’ll be back soon.

I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels from North America and the Caribbean to London, and this was the worst one I’ve experienced. The sheets had already been used. When I asked for clean ones, I was made to change the bed myself, and the hotel didn’t accommodate my preferences. The first-floor hallways were really noisy, and the entrance and lobby were dirty.

The room I reserved was a suite with a separate bedroom and living room. Instead, I got a one-queen room. The front desk said room types aren’t guaranteed, which was unacceptable. I needed the extra space for two large bags of equipment, and it felt like the hotel didn’t care that my booked room wasn’t provided. Online, the price may look better than other hotels, but I don’t think it’s worth it. I’d stay elsewhere. There were other problems too. I wasn’t recognized as a diamond member at check-in and never got the two bottles of water. The room was clean, and having a couch and larger fridge is handy for a longer stay, but the microwave didn’t work. I called someone to check it; he looked at it and said he’d return, but never did, so I heated my food in a coworker’s room. One day housekeeping took my towels, and when I returned from work to shower, there were none. The desk said they were washing some and I’d get them soon, but it took hours. How can the hotel not have enough towels to keep rooms stocked?
