The neighborhood is so walkable, with lots of good places to eat and drink. I’ve been here almost two years and love living here. When I renewed my lease in January and asked for a larger unit, Carolina and Daniel made the switch easy and answered all my questions. I also adore the staff. Ivan is professional and really helpful, and maintenance stays on top of repairs.

The management has made no real effort to fix problems or improve things, and replies take hours without actually resolving anything. I booked this as an Airbnb, but the instructions were so unclear that check-in took over an hour, with no help or response from the team. When I finally got into the apartment, it reeked of Clorox and the sheets were still pretty wet. The bathtub didn’t work. They said they’d send someone, but three days passed and nobody came. The key fob only works about half the time, and at night the doors are propped open, so the place doesn’t feel as secure as it looks. They charge tenants 25 precent of the booking, but aren’t holding up their end of managing the place. There have to be better places to stay. Please don’t give them your money or put yourself through this. I’d give negative stars if I could.

Ivan is fabulous, and his work is impeccable. He and Cruz are such kind people, and Indie is lucky to have them on its maintenance team. Putting in a work order feels less stressful when they’re the ones who’ll handle it.

Ivan handled our issue quickly and efficiently. He also clearly explained how it would be resolved. Excellent service.
