Having a record player in the room and a huge vinyl library downstairs to borrow from was such a fun touch. The rooms also have a lot of character and were spacious and comfortable. We were given a handicap accessible room with extra bars and accessibility features, but nobody told us beforehand. It was still amazing. The lighter water pressure was the one small drawback, understandable with an older building. Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown has a stunning lobby and décor, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Staff were friendly and welcoming the whole time, and the paid valet was quick, courteous, and efficient. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in Dallas.

Kara, our bartender, was outstanding. She was incredibly attentive while we spent time with friends in a lovely, intimate group setting in the beautiful lobby. The property was perfectly situated for my visit, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

You can borrow records to play on the record players in the rooms, which is a great perk. The front desk and bar staff were genuinely friendly and the service was great. I’d highly recommend this hotel if you want a place in Downtown Dallas.

The staff were professional and went above and beyond to treat my whole family with kindness. We had an awesome stay and will definitely come back to this location.

Everyone on staff was so wonderful and helpful except VICTORIA in the restaurant. I’ve stayed here around Christmas for the past two years and never had service this poor. She rolled her eyes when I placed an order and made me feel unwelcome, even though I’d spent a lot of money here. Victoria, DO BETTER! At least pretend to smile. Kind regards, Monique.
