I tried three different rooms, and although they’d all been remodeled, every one had cockroaches. There were three in one room, nine in another, and a bunch in the last bathroom. I was in bed early in the morning when they showed up. They definitely need to bomb or do something about it. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you want to bring along some extra friends.

The large parking lot has camera surveillance, which helped us feel secure, and it was handy having a Costco right across the street. We spent a week here and had a good experience. The room was very spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchen, utensils, a TV, and ironing facilities. There’s also laundry service. The property was quiet, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. I’d recommend this Studio 6 to anyone visiting Dallas.

Katie was easily the nicest, most helpful and accommodating staff member at this property. She had a great attitude and really wanted to make sure my stay was awesome. You don’t come across hotel staff like her often. If you go, definitely ask for her!

I’ve been here a couple of months, and the security on site has meant no problems that I know of. The location also works really well, with highways in four directions just minutes away. The remodeled rooms are clean and feel worth the cost for a longer stay. What stands out most is the office staff. Peter is professional, polite, and great with people. He pays attention to guest comfort, and I’m always glad when he’s working and I need something. Jay and Katie deserve a mention too. Housekeeping has missed some scheduled service. For our room, cleaning is meant to happen Mondays, and towels and extra toiletries are due Thursdays. It’s happened a few times, though it hasn’t been a major issue for me. I’ve stayed in a lot of extended-stay places, and even chose to live in one for three years about 25 years ago because the value suits me. One rent payment covers it, without separate cable, electricity, utilities, a huge deposit, or a lease tying you down. For a business trip, this seems like an economical, clean option, and I’d recommend checking it out. I’m giving it five stars for the room and office staff.
