Red Roof Inn & Suites Danville, IL

The front desk staff were sweet and helped me check out less than 30 minutes after I arrived. I was told I'd be refunded for the four-night stay charged to my card, but I still haven't received it. I've called and was told the manager would call back, and I've contacted corporate too. I can't come in person because I'm military and stationed elsewhere. I'd like this resolved soon. I left to stay with family because the room felt unsafe and filthy. The shower area wasn't clean, the end-table drawer was broken and crooked, and the bathroom vanity sink face was broken off and hanging. The window was locked shut, with the blinds stick being used to open and close the blinds. It looked as though the previous guest had broken things before leaving. I also found it strange that they wanted a $100 cash deposit at the front desk, with no card option, since the website hadn't mentioned it. I checked in the day before Thanksgiving.

I've stayed here often and always enjoy it. The staff and housekeeping are very friendly, the rooms are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. They're accommodating and go above and beyond. This is the best Red Roof Inn I've stayed at. Highly recommend.

The bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was a nice extra. The property was very clean and well maintained. Hailey at the front desk was sweet and really helpful.

I've stayed here many times over the past two years. The staff are always friendly, and the place is clean and nice. There are little things in each room that need attention, but I'll keep staying here.
