I waited until midnight and even drove back a couple of minutes later to take a photo of the clock on the wall. The office was locked when I got there at 11:30 p.m., nobody was inside, and nobody picked up the phone. I rang the "Ring" doorbell and could hear the phone ringing indoors. It was a complete disappointment. After I posted, Joe the GM said the clerk might have left a sign on the front door. There wasn't one. And the response still didn't address the safety concern: what happens when a guest calls the front desk?

They waited until I was halfway there to tell me they wouldn't honor the reservation or refund me. I'd booked two nights through Priceline, and the hotel had agreed to a check-in two hours late when I reserved it two weeks earlier. I ended up six hours from home with my daughters and my seven-month-old granddaughter, with nowhere to stay. I won't book there again.

Check-in was quick, and the room was clean and neat. The front desk was really friendly, and the service was great.

I paid over $600 for six days, and that wasn't even a week. Did the person sign any papers, receive an email and receipt, or read and agree to the policy? If not, keeping someone else's money is stealing. There seems to be an error since they didn't sign anything or agree to anything. I want my money refunded.
