The room was basic and nothing fancy, but it was clean. I checked the beds and bedding, and saw no stains on the mattress. For a cheap hotel, it was a good option, and it was quiet while I was there. A lot of working people seem to stay during the week. My company put me here, and I wouldn't mind coming back if I wanted to save money. The desk staff were really friendly. Breakfast was edible and included, though the biscuits were never hot, so I microwaved them each morning. The eggs and sausage were typical budget-hotel fare and needed warming too. There was gravy, which I put over everything, plus two cereal choices, though the bowls were tiny. The TV was kind of funny, but I only turned it on once. Breakfast is why I marked service down to two stars, even though I'm not picky and was glad to get the free food. As for the location, it's away from residential areas and seemed like one of the better spots in Danville to me because it's less crowded. The rest of town felt gross, with lots of crime and drugs. This is still a cheap hotel, so keep your expectations there.

The pool area was clean and had towels available, and the kids had a good time swimming. Breakfast was generally nice, though there were some definite allergen risks. We enjoyed our stay, and this room was an upgrade from another hotel we'd tried in the Danville area.

Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, and we liked the pool. But the toilet was filthy, with pink slime in the bowl and urine and hair on the rim. I had to ask housekeeping for cleaning supplies. The bed wasn't comfortable or soft, the carpet didn't seem clean, and the shower pressure was poor. There was a weed smell in the hallway. The hotel is beside a casino and a weed dispensary, and there were people loitering around.

The night staff were rude and didn't try to help. One woman was behind the wall and out of sight, barking orders to the man who was trying to assist me, which made things harder. It felt lazy and disrespectful. Even as a Diamond Elite member, that treatment was unreal, and I won't recommend the place or stay here next trip. The rooms are dated for the price, and stepping outside brings the smell of weed because there are several dispensaries right nearby.

The rooms were quiet, spacious, and clean. We had trouble with the TV, but they dealt with it quickly and offered another room. We turned that option down.
