We haven’t stayed overnight yet, but we got a personal tour of the rooms and already have a reservation for an upcoming wedding we’re hosting at The Scotsman. The rooms are beautiful, full of character, and thoughtfully designed. We can’t wait to experience a stay firsthand. The Bobcat Room, the hotel bar, was another highlight. It felt cozy and polished, with a clear nod to the building’s history. Padraic made us some beautifully presented cocktails, among the best we’ve had anywhere. Padraic and Jin’Ah were warm, genuine, and clearly proud of the place, and every interaction felt personal. Hotel Hardware is right in downtown Dayton, close to shops, restaurants, and local charm. The building’s historic character has been preserved while bringing in modern comfort and style. The thoughtful design makes it feel elegant and welcoming, and we’re looking forward to coming back for a full stay.

The whole place is immaculate and so comfortable, with a sophisticated feel and thoughtful design throughout. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Padraic’s drinks were phenomenal, especially the best old fashion I’ve ever had.

The rooms feel homey, and each has its own little touch. The design across the hotel makes it a one of a kind place to visit. Stop by the Bobcat lounge for great cocktails and beers!🍻

This hotel is great, well designed, and convenient to restaurants around town. You can walk to some interesting historic neighborhoods, and the hotel itself is a destination. Definitely worth visiting, even if that’s all you do in Dayton. Stay in Dayton and go to Walla Walla or Waitsburg!

We had a perfect stay. The place felt quiet and joyful in the Walla Walla area, with beautiful rooms, immaculate vibes, and a comfortable bed. Fun cocktails, too, and a historic small town just outside.
