Silver Beach Club Resort Condo

For the money, this place was very nice, the Taj Mahal of affordable housing. The room was very clean, the views were beautiful, and the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I booked a week but left the next morning. There was no beach access, and the view was terrible. The owner plans to sell at the end of the year, so I'm assuming that's why repairs aren't being taken care of. I wouldn't spend my hard-earned money here.

The ocean view was great, but the room smelled old and dusty, and that was bad for my breathing issues. There was rust in the refrigerator and on the dish drainer, and the fridge wasn't clean. I found a dead roach in the freezer door. The balcony door was hard to open, and the bed was uncomfortable. Even the linens had an old smell.

There was no electricity in the kitchen on the last day. The east elevator has been out for several years, which is hard when you have bad knees, and you have to walk back the other way. Getting onto the deck and walking out to the ocean was difficult, too. To get to the road from the beach, you had to crawl under the rope. That's ridiculous.
