The room was spotless, and finding the place was easy. The guy at the front desk was really friendly too. I'd happily stay again.

We needed this location, and it worked out well. Being pet friendly is a real plus. The coffee was just okay, but the man on the kiosk screen was helpful and friendly. Better than I expected.

I only ended up here because someone else booked it for me. As I was getting into bed, I spotted a cockroach on the table beside it. There was no real customer service either, just a computer setup where you talk to someone who couldn't speak English. Worst place I've stayed.

The hotel is a little rough around the edges, but it made for a good night. Our room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the young man who helped with video check-in was professional, efficient, and friendly.

It felt a little bothersome not having desk staff in person, since they use remote staff on a screen. Still, it seems to work fine, and otherwise I had no issues. I'd stay here again.
