After we checked in under our reservation, he said he needed to go inspect the room. When we got there, he was already heading out the door and quickly told us it was fine, except the TV didn’t work. Then he left. No discount, replacement room, or anything was offered.

We enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel was really nice. The only letdown was the breakfast they said they served. It did arrive, in a brown paper bag: one apple, one blueberry muffin, and a mixed fruit drink. Other than that, we were very pleased.

The manager was extremely helpful and professional, and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, Michelle’s attitude and lack of professionalism overshadowed that for me. Service had been great until we dealt with her. When we needed to renew our key cards, I gave her our room number and she immediately said, without checking the computer, “Nobody is in room 113.” I had to correct her before she realized we were in that room and renewed the cards. I checked out on August 18th, handed Michelle the cards, and told her we were leaving. More than a week passed without my deposit being refunded. When I called, Michelle admitted it hadn’t been processed and said she’d take care of it, but nothing happened. Today, 8/29/25, I spoke with Karen. She checked the system, saw that MICHELLE hadn’t done her job and my refund still hadn’t been processed, so she took care of it herself. I did my part by checking in, staying, checking out properly, and returning the keys. The motel needed to do its part. My rating would’ve been much higher if Michelle acted like she enjoyed her job, the jacuzzi had been cleaned properly, and the deposit had come back on time. I’m never coming back.

The breakfast selection was limited, and some of the lights didn't work. The room smelled unpleasant and wasn't tidy. The floors were heavily stained and looked really dirty.
