The only small drawback was that our mattress wasn't especially comfortable. Everything else made for a great family getaway: the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the hotel was very clean, updated, and in good condition, and breakfast and coffee were both good. Our children loved the pool area. I'd recommend it for families or anyone looking for a clean, friendly hotel.

The lobby and the service were the best parts of the hotel. We came to town for the ARC championship swim meet and stayed here, but the rooms were very small and definitely weren't suites. Housekeeping doesn't come unless you ask, and the shower pressure was awful and painful.

The front desk ladies were wonderful, smiling as they welcomed us and took time to help with whatever we needed. I've never had better hotel service. We'll be back in spring to see the area when it's not so frigid, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was comfortable overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast left me a bit underwhelmed: it was mostly the usual sugary, high-carb food. They did serve scrambled eggs both mornings, but there was no sausage, bacon, potatoes, or anything similar with them. The eggs ran out the first morning, and it took about half an hour of hearing that more were being made before they were replenished.

Getting to the hotel was easy, the staff were great, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast tasted good, though the choices were limited. It met our expectations, and we'd stay here again.
