10/10
Parking was easy, with plenty of space, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout, and made a real effort to keep me comfortable. The hotel’s design and atmosphere felt far more luxurious than a typical SpringHill Suites, and the whole place exceeded my expectations. I loved staying here and would happily come back. Highly recommend!

I was comfortable here, with plenty of space and good equipment in the room. The staff were cheerful and enthusiastic, and the location made it convenient to get to sports facilities and places to eat. If I get the chance to visit Denton again, I’ll choose this hotel.

I was traveling for work and found this hotel to be an affordable choice. The rooms were roomy and nice, and breakfast was solid. I’ll definitely stay here again.

8/10
The staff at the desk were very helpful, and breakfast was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, though getting into and out of the king bed was a struggle because of the odd layout. The bed sits right by the air conditioner, leaving only about 8 inches to reach the window side, so two people can’t use it easily. Reversing the bed and the couch with the tables would have worked better. On our 4th floor, neither the laundry nor the ice machine worked. The bathroom also needed a little maintenance, but we kept the room.

6/10
There were stains on the couch and one comforter, and the room had no dresser drawer, which I usually use during a stay. That was disappointing, though the room itself was spacious. At check-in the employees were nice and welcoming, and the service was good. Would I stay again? Yes, but I’d ask questions and raise my concerns first.
