We found bed bugs in the first room, and the employee acted like it was no big deal. They offered another room, but in the second one we found bed bugs and snack cakes in the bed. I don’t recommend this place.

We rented two rooms, one for my daughter-in-law and grandkids, and one for my aunt and me. The front desk woman said she could only refund one room and threatened to call the cops if I kept complaining. She finally agreed to refund both if we left within 10 minutes, and we were out in about 5-7 minutes. Earlier, she’d put us in a room where the key card reader didn’t work and said someone would replace the batteries, but it never happened. She then said she only had one room left, room 200, so we moved there. I pulled down the blankets and moved a pillow, and found a BED BUG. I called her, and she said she’d come right up, but after 10 minutes she still hadn’t shown. My aunt then found a cockroach. When I called again, she said she was the only one at the desk and couldn’t come up, so I went down to ask for a refund. She couldn’t understand why I complained about both rooms after what my aunt and I experienced. The place is disgusting. We got much better, cleaner rooms at Quality Inn, where they actually appreciate guests.

Roaches and bedbugs started coming out within two hours, and I didn’t even get the chance to sit down and shower before leaving. The place was dirty, the beds were burnt, and the sheets were dirty too. They still haven’t returned my payment for the 4 days I paid for. This is no two star hotel, it’s a zero star. If you’re elderly, please choose another place and don’t stay here. I’ve reported it to the health department.

We drove four hours for a wedding and were short on time, so we couldn’t go elsewhere. The whole motel smelled like marijuana. In our room, there were cockroaches in the refrigerator, on the floor, and on the air conditioner. The toilet didn’t work, and even after they came to fix it, it still wasn’t working properly. We left the light on and got only a couple of hours of sleep before driving home. They told us the roaches were dead because they’d already sprayed, but they were alive. It was an awful experience.
