This isn't a fancy place, but the room was very clean and comfortable, and the rate was phenomenal for a budget traveler. They also have laundry machines. Connie was really helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely stay every time we pass through.

The low price seems to come with a reason. The room had a TV, mini fridge, microwave, and safe, but no clock. There was a hole in the bathroom door where the sink counter had hit it. They don't allow minors, and everyone had to show ID to prove they were at least 21.

We booked online for two beds and four adults, then told them the other people in our group would arrive later. Once everyone else got there, the manager came to our room and was extremely rude. He said the late arrival couldn't stay in the room past 10 p.m., and that if they didn't leave we'd all be kicked out. The front desk woman seemed as confused as we were and looked embarrassed by his behavior. What an unprofessional place.

They need to learn some customer service. Years ago, my brother booked a room here for a family member, then was told his cousin said management wanted to see him. He went over and was told that if you book a room on a credit card, you have to stay there yourself and can't let anyone else stay. That doesn't make sense to me. That's what happened when he dealt with those boneheads.
