Ruby really stood out. She was warm and professional, paid attention to what I needed, and made check-in easy. I felt valued as a guest, and her upbeat, helpful attitude made the stay that much better.

The General Manager made sure everything was just right and went out of their way to help. It’s clear they care about the guests and the property. We found the hotel clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

I only needed a clean place to sleep and shower, and that’s what I got. The bed and bathroom were clean, and the room smelled nice. There was a little water under the sink, but it wasn’t a big deal. I haven’t tried breakfast yet, though I expect it’ll be fine. I didn’t want to pay $100, but I felt safe and the place was good and clean, so I can’t complain.

For Diamond Select loyal BW customers, check-in came with no recognition at all, not even water bottles or a gift bag. The desk clerk said she’d follow up about rebating the room charge once the manager arrived at 10 am, but neither she nor anyone else ever got back to us. Breakfast was awful and had no fresh fruit. Our room had no hot water for showers, very weak water pressure, no bathroom trash can, and no hair dryer. When we reported the water problem, we weren’t offered another room. There was only decaf coffee in the room. Children’s drinks sitting on the check-in desk in the lobby seemed unsanitary, and the seat cover dispenser in the downstairs men’s lobby restroom was empty and filthy. This was very poorly run for a Best Western Plus. We expected better.
