The entire courtyard has been dug up by a badly planned and executed construction project, and getting around the complex is becoming harder. Some windows have been shot out, with no explanation given to the other tenants. There are roaches no matter how many bug bombs you use, and the laundry room is closed half the time. It’s a literal hellhole. They raised my rent by $150 without updating or renovating my room, saying the work would be ready in the fall. It’s February now, and I still haven’t gotten a response whenever I’ve asked. The property manager is just a corporate mouthpiece repeating venture capitalist lies about when the renovation will be done. I have nothing but contempt for them and their corporate overlords. The review from ALLSTAR is obviously BS, or a corporate employee posing as a “future resident.” Pathetic. Horrible place. RUN!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Power goes out constantly, and there are bugs everywhere. They raised rents by over $150, claiming it was for renovated rooms and a gym, but neither is ready to use or move into. The front desk passes along corporate information with a smile and talks down to you while you’re expected to live in squalor and be happy about it.

Tre, the assistant manager, was charming and really respectful during my tour. I was also impressed by how professional everyone was. The property manager, Mr. Brandon, came out to talk with me and warmly welcome me to the community. They’re working on turning the place around one day at a time, and I’m definitely rooting for both of them. Thank you so much!

I’ve been a resident here for three years, and for the first time I can honestly say it’s worth every penny. The staff are helpful and nice now, and they clearly care about the property. When I had a problem with my tub, Mr. Nate came over and fixed it, then took care of another issue before it could happen. I really appreciate him and the whole staff. Great job.

Mr. Tre was so professional today, and he’s an amazing worker. I love what he and the property manager, Mr. Brandon, are doing for the community. You all made me feel at home already.
